Shipping Information
All of our pricing includes Shipping by
USPO / FEDX / UPS / GLOBAL / BAX - WE INSURE ALL ITEMS
If your item is damaged upon arrival: You must report it
immediately to the shipping company, shippers will not honor any
damage complaint a week later
Shipping Time: We ship items within 3 Business Days usually
(Holidays Excluded) We will let you know within 48 hours if item
is out of stock.
Delivery Time: 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS Usually
Larger items such as the large style coolers are shipped via
freight and may take a day or two longer. All freight items must
be signed for, there will be no drop offs without a signature-NO
exceptions. We do not give out tracking #'s due to the amount of
items shipped. Please allow time for your package to arrive.
Sorry-We do not control the shippers but wish we could!
If you do not receive your package in a reasonable amount of
time, please contact us for information and we will try to
locate it and take the appropriate steps.
ALL SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA 48 MUST GET A QUOTE FIRST WE WILL
NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT A QUOTE AND CONFIRMATION
ALL OF OUR SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE and A
MANUFACTURERS DEFECT (Handled direct by the manufacturer). WHICH
MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY and then that item will be replaced
with the item(s) you previously purchased. There are no cash or
credit card refunds for any specialty items. All defective
merchandise will be replaced with the same product or a part
will be sent to remedy any problem. No Exceptions. Any replaced
product must be returned to receive a credit, otherwise you will
be charged the amount of product. No exceptions.
All Product Warranty questions or repair will be handled direct
by the manufacturer
ANY OTHER PROBLEM AND THE ITEM IS RETURNED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE
BUYER
All Sales will be authorized to , A $50.00
fee will be applied to any invalid chargebacks. Please pay
attention to your charge statements
PreOrders for product are not charged until 2 weeks prior to
delivery and any preorder will be charged an additional $50.00
if payment is invalid.
ALL PreOrders are subject to the manufacturer having product
finished and in production. Manufacturers are in control of all
production times and schedules and there are NO GUARANTEES of
any delivery times, except what is posted as relayed to our
company by the manufacturers.
